FOOD SHELF PROVIDES FOR BASIC NEEDS

Worthington Christian Church helps to meet the needs of the Nobles County community by providing supplemental groceries to individuals and families in need. Personal hygiene supplies may also be available. 

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS 

Clients are asked to complete "The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) Eligibility Form" required by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). By doing this, clients are stating that they are eligible to receive TEFAP commodity food because they are a Minnesota resident and they receive certain assistance programs or their income is 300% or less of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
